UnDeWall.org Service Agreement

Please read the following important Terms of Service Agreement (the
"Agreement") before accessing or using any of the various services.
(ONLY USERS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER MAY REGISTER FOR
UNDEWALL). By completing the registration process for the UnDeWall
website, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older, and can
and will be legally bound by this Agreement. If you are a minor, your
parent or guardian must read and accept the terms of this Agreement
before you register. UnDeWall.org may change the service or delete
features at any time for any reason. We may cancel or suspend your
service and your access to website at any time without notice and for
any reason. If you don't agree to the terms of service, don't use the
service. Thanks
1) LIABILITY LIMITATION You cannot recover any damages, including
consequential, lost profits, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive
damages. The limitations and exclusions apply to anything related to
this contract, for example: • The service.
• Loss of data. • Content
(including code) on third-party websites, third-party programs, or
third-party conduct accessed via the service. •
Viruses or other disabling features that affect your access to or use
of the service. • Incompatibility between the service
and other services, software, and hardware. • Delays
or failures you may have in starting or completing transmissions or
transactions in connection with the service in an accurate or timely
manner. • Claims for breach of contract or
misrepresentation. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this
remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its
essential purpose or if we knew or should have known about the
possibility of the damages.
2) Amendments UnDeWall reserves the right to modify or amend this
Agreement at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, at our
sole discretion. UnDeWall will provide notice of the changes to this
Agreement on the website. It is the Member’s sole responsibility to
keep up to date and acquainted of any modifications or amendments. If
you don't agree to the change, we're not obligated to keep providing
the service, and you must cancel and stop using the service before the
change becomes effective. Otherwise, the new terms will apply to you.
Should Member become dissatisfied with UnDeWall in any way, Member's
only recourse is to immediately: (1) discontinue use the site; (2)
terminate your registration; and (3) notify us of termination.
